All our local shipments are handled by Muller & Phipps (M&P), one of Pakistan’s leading logistics providers, ensuring your package reaches you in perfect condition.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Order Processing: 1 business day.

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 1 to 2 business days.

• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 2 to 3 business days. (Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.)

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once you place an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp/Call for confirmation.

• After the order is dispatched through M&P, you will receive a Tracking Number. You can track your parcel on the official M&P website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the arrival of the M&P rider.

6. Undelivered Parcels

M&P will attempt to deliver your parcel 2-3 times. If the customer is unavailable or the contact number is unreachable, the parcel will be returned to us. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the suspension of the COD facility for future orders.
