Refund policy

At Allemar Store, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we offer a transparent return and exchange process.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Allemar Store does not provide prepaid return labels unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

3. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You will receive the full value of your returned product (minus original shipping costs) once the return is processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

While we do not have "Final Sale" items at this moment, any item that is damaged by the customer or missing original parts will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• Approved refunds are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Payments will be sent via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa).
